Modified Audi A4 For Sale
My Stage 2 modified B7 A4 is for sale. At this time, I’m looking to sell the car as-is with all mods; however, a part-out may be in the future if I can’t get a good price for it. It’s tough to let her go, but I’m thinking of buying an S4… Read on after the jump for pricing and contact information.

I’m asking $25000 with the wheels, $24000 with a set of 18″ S4 Avus wheels, or $23500 with no wheels at all (you supply them). My price is pretty firm, the KBB on this car is 20k and the CPO Audi Warranty is worth 2k, along with all of the thousands of dollars in mods. It has 46xxx miles on it at the moment. A rough estimate of just the price to buy these mods is $6500 in parts, and at $95 per hour in labor, I’ve probably invested another $1000+ in installation. The coilovers I’ve had adjusted and re-aligned multiple times, until I could find the perfect drop with no rubbing…anyone who has owned a car on coilovers knows what I’m talking about – getting it dialed in takes a while but man it’s worth it 🙂 The $6300 in parts isn’t including the bi-xenon headlight retrofit, which cost another $1000 and a month wait for shipping from Germany. If I can’t get near my asking price I’ll either be parting her out or keeping her for a little longer.

It’s tiptronic with the paddle shifters, and FWD. The suspension mods really do make up for the FWD a lot. This car has been tracked (only once, for a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes spread over 20 minute increments), and it handled great with minimal understeer, IMO. The car has an Audi CPO warranty that I purchased from the dealership for $2000 that is good for another 3 years or up to 100k miles. It hasn’t had any major issues, the only thing I’ve had replaced under warranty was a bad intake flap motor. Even with these mods my dealership has honored the warranty and be really cool about everything.

There are some minor scratches in the car, they’re not noticeable unless you’re really looking for them as light silver metallic really hides them well. The paint is in pretty great shape for the age of the car, the car has always been in Arizona, never seen snow, and really only seen rain on very rare occasions. I wash it every week, spot detail it between washes, always parked in covered parking and I have a car cover on it if I’m gone longer than a few days. I put a coat of polish on it about once every 6 months. Interior is immaculate. It is a true s-line so it has the red stitched 3 spoke steering wheel, s-line door sills, etc. It will come with fish-scale trim unless you want carbon fiber, the carbon fiber is $500 extra as I would want to get another set for my S4.

Update: After a lot of consideration, I’m pretty sure I’m planning on keeping my car for a while longer (the rest of the year likely) and continue to casually search for a B7 Audi S4 at the right price. My car will continue to be “For Sale” although I’m not going to be working hard to sell it. If you’re interested, let me know…but I’m by no means desperate to sell it 🙂

  1. FYI, the CPO warranty is non-transferable!

  2. I thought I was told it could be transferred when I bought it though…hmmm. I’ll have to look into it I guess.

I’m 99% sure I’m keeping my car for the time being and looking at b7 S4s when they fall out of warranty. Maybe u can sell me your RS4 next year for a good price? 🙂

  3. I can sell it to you before that for a good price as well!

  4. I double checked on that CPO warranty – you’re right. Boo! I guess it’s still worth “something” though, as assurance the car has been well maintained?

When you start car shopping, lmk…

  5. hey do you still have this car im interested in buying it

Hey i have 2005 bmw e46 m3 smg II and im looking to get rid of it. The trade in as of now is perfect to get your car. Send me an email if you would be interested!!

  8. Interesting. I’m kind of an Audi guy but willing to have a look – will send an email now.

  9. Where did you buy your bi-xenon retrofit lights from? They look really good.

  10. I got them secondhand from the Audizine classifieds. They are OEM bi-xenons made by Audi, so you could also source them through your dealership or a third party retailer that stocks OEM audi parts.

  11. What type of rims are on the white b7 a4 with the s-line package that you have on your banner at the top of the page? I have been looking everywhere to find a clean somewhat stock looking rim to throw on my a4. They look very nice on the car!

  12. They are Sportec Mono 10s, great wheels!

  13. Thank you my friend, enjoyed the blog.

  14. My pleasure Brandon, glad you enjoyed!
