I’d like to make a quick shout-out to a few friends, one old and one new.
First off, a big what’s up and thanks to my good friend Brian Riggs, who is the owner and founder of Illusive Fabrications. I met Brian years ago when I owned my Ford Explorer and he helped me with my first mods, including lowering it
Brian and I were both big into the mini trucking scene back in the day, and now several years later Brian is a huge part of the mini trucking community in Ohio and makes some really awesome product for air bag setups, frame notches and other custom fabricated designs. Although I’m no longer into the mini trucking scene, I’ll always have a soft spot for Brian’s bagged and body dropped 1st Gen Explorer. Thanks for the t-shirt, sticker and coozie!
By the way, any shop or parts manufacturer that wants a cool way to advertise – the coozies are an awesome way to do it. Thats an awesome freebie and definitely something that will get some use! I also have one from Discount Tire, so maybe they’re on to something there.
Secondly, I’d like to thank ASDA Finance for helping me find some new car insurance for my friends in the UK. I know quite a few people from across the pond, and being the car guy I am, I’m always having people ask me about how to save on car insurance. I’ve found this site to be really easy to use and loaded with great deals – and any money saved on car insurance means more money left over for the mod budget.
Happy Memorial Day and Safe Driving!
