Paul Walker’s Audis #RememberTheBuster

Like pretty much every gearhead in America, I saw Furious 7 this weekend and got teary eyed at the end with the great tribute to Paul (Spoiler Alert) driving off into the sun in a White Supra – I thought I recognized the Supra from his personal collection, and after getting home I found multiple sources confirming that was indeed one of Paul’s personal cars, which is a 98 Supra that had been converted to a single turbo setup and was packing some serious power. You can also see the car in a tour of the late Paul Walker’s garage by Matt Farah of the Smoking Tire embedded above, and when re-watching that I noticed a black B5 S4 that got me thinking – what other Audis did Paul Walker own? As many fans know, Paul collected many amazing cars that pretty much only enthusiasts would recognize and understand, so I was curious what his taste in the four ringed machines was like – and he didn’t disappoint.

C5 RS6 Avant

Paul Walker Audi RS6 Avant For sale - 15

This Avus Silver RS6 Avant was legally imported from Japan in 2003 making it very rare, and Paul modified it with the help of AE performance to include KW coilovers, a GIAC tune, Milltek exhaust and a few other components. Fourtitude has a lot of details on the car, and it’s an amazing specimen for sure. When Paul owned it the car sported BBS LM wheels, but when he sold to the next owner he put it back to stock wheels with spacers to keep the OEM look in tact. It appears the auction ended at $61,000 but did not sell, so its unclear who owns it now or how much it ultimately sold for.

C5 RS6 Sedan

Likely prior to obtaining/importing his RS6 Avant, he also had an C5 RS6 sedan in Dolphin Grey, which were actually sold in the US so much easier to obtain. In the picture above an Audiziner spotted him driving it and took a picture, and it appears to be modified with BBS RS-GT wheels and likely other components, too.

B5 Audi S4

This car was pictured in the Smoking Tire tour of Paul’s garage, but I wasn’t able to find any other information on it. Judging from appearance, it has an RS4 front bumper and those front fenders look enlarged too – it still has a stock S4 grille, so it’s hard to tell what’s going on with this car, but my guess is that it’s got some engine work done to it, as most of Paul’s cars were modded and the B5 S4 2.7TT is so easily moddable.

2010 Audi R8

I couldn’t find any sources to confirm he owned the car, but Fourtitude shared a photo of it at the 2010 SEMA show that was rumored to belong to him, and it seems like a car Paul would own so I’m going to say this is very likely. A YouTuber also uploaded a video of Paul driving an R8 in Singapore while taping Fast & Furious 6, but you can’t see Paul’s face or really confirm it was him driving, and YouTube commenters have their doubts. Regardless, it’s very likely Paul owned an R8 at one point or another given his collection of drivers cars in general and Audis in particular.

Goodbye, Paul

Thanks for inspiring an entire generation of car enthusiasts, you will be missed.

  1. He also had a noggy blue RS4 B7 there’s a vid on the tube where Paul joins AE performance team for a track day fun with his rs4

  2. Got it – you sure that’s his though? The caption of the video says he was driving a Porsche, and the opening shows there were a lot of other drivers there. I do see the RS4 you mention in the video near the end though!

  3. no not 100% sure yes he spent most of the time in the Porsche,or the skyline. but i think I’ve seen the white helmet grey jumper combo on the rs4 driver, or maybe just want to see him in it 😀 anyways if these comments, link inappropriate please delete.

  4. He also had a RS6 but got listed for sale on ebay a year after his death.

  5. It’s the first car in the post, and he sold it before passing. Another owner sold it shortly after his death, but well under a year.
